In late April, four experts from Beijing Grand Honor Certification CO., LTD carried out a 4-day recertification audit on Xingtai Steel's energy management system. The audit covered the whole company's management department, production units and auxiliary production units as well as Xinxiang Metal Material Technology Company and other departments. 

　　According to the terms of energy management system and the requirements of recertification audit, the audit team, after full communication with the management representatives, audited Xingtai Steel's energy management laws and regulations, energy benchmarks, energy performance parameters, energy targets, indicators and energy management programs, energy conservation training, operation control, monitoring measurement and analysis and other management requirements. The team also conducted on-site audits on the operation of the energy system in coking plant, iron making plant, steel making plant, wire rod plant, storage and transportation center, and Xinxiang Metal Material Technology Company respectively.

　　Finally, the audit team affirmed that the energy management system within the audit scope meets the requirements of the certification standard and continues to maintain the registration of GB/T23331 standard.
